GREEN NOISE RECORDS · JUKEBOX

Terms of Use

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of Jukebox, also known as Jukebox MTC, and its account, music, collectible-card, friendship, and trading services, provided by Green Noise Records, LLC ("we", "us").

1. Agreement and accounts

By accepting these terms or using Jukebox after being given notice of them and an opportunity to review them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Any applicable age restrictions and store requirements also apply.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password and session credentials private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not sell or share an account to evade card ownership rules. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own activity and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account; these terms do not make you responsible for a security failure caused by us.

2. Music, artwork, and app access

Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store license, we permit you to use Jukebox and access content made available to your account for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. Music, artwork, software, names, and other protected materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. A physical card or an app ownership entry does not transfer copyright, royalty rights, or a license for public performance, broadcasting, distribution, or commercial use.

Do not extract, redistribute, sell, or publicly share protected music, artwork, access tokens, or cached files except as expressly authorized by the rights holder or permitted by law. Offline copies are for playback through supported app features. Access may require a valid account, authorized card ownership, a compatible device, and occasional network access; cached files are not a promise of permanent access.

3. Card redemption and trading

Redeem only genuine cards you are authorized to redeem. Keep card codes and validation tokens private. Redemption is checked against our service records, and a code that has already been redeemed cannot ordinarily be redeemed again. Possessing a physical card does not by itself establish that its digital access is available to redeem.

Use the supported trading process to transfer an already-redeemed card's digital ownership. Review the participant and cards carefully before confirming. A completed trade changes the recorded owner and can remove the transferring account's access to associated music when that account no longer holds another qualifying card. The app's digital transfer does not itself deliver a physical card or verify an outside payment. Arrange any physical exchange responsibly.

We do not guarantee a card's resale price, rarity value, investment return, or a buyer for any card. Do not duplicate or forge cards or tokens, redeem another person's card without authorization, manipulate ownership records, or obtain a trade through fraud or coercion. Contact us promptly about an error or disputed transfer. We may investigate and correct erroneous or fraudulent records; reversal is not guaranteed, and applicable legal rights remain available.

Cards issued for testing or demonstration may be withdrawn or reset as part of testing. They do not carry a promise of permanent access.

4. Your profile and acceptable conduct

You retain ownership of profile photos, display names, and other material you submit. You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, resize, screen, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and support Jukebox and its profile, discovery, and social features. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. This permission ends when the material is removed, subject to limited backup, legal, and security retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload, display, or use the service for:

Use the in-app Report User and Block User controls from a friend's options menu. Reporting and blocking are separate actions. Blocking removes the friendship and prevents future discovery, pairing, and trading while the block remains in place. Unblocking does not automatically restore the friendship. We review reports and may reset display names, remove content, restrict accounts, or delete accounts for violations. You may also report infringement or misuse by emailing legal@gnr-music.com. Do not send passwords, session tokens, or illegal imagery. We will consider requests to review our decisions sent to that address.

5. Privacy, devices, and third parties

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle account information, listening activity, profile photos, nearby discovery, trading records, and deletion requests. These terms do not substitute for any privacy consent required by law.

You control device permissions in your device settings. Some features depend on camera, photo, Bluetooth, or local-network access and may differ by device or platform. You are responsible for your own connection and carrier charges. External websites, stores, and services have their own terms.

For an app obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the app software license unless a separate custom license is supplied through that store. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace or limit its mandatory provisions. Applicable Google Play terms govern your relationship with Google for an app obtained there. Green Noise Records, LLC operates Jukebox; Apple and Google do not operate our service.

6. Purchases and service changes

Any purchase is subject to the price, description, and applicable seller or store terms presented when you buy. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Refund, cancellation, and consumer rights required by law remain intact; contact the seller or relevant store about its purchase process, or contact us for help with Jukebox access.

We may update features, perform maintenance, or change available content for operational, security, or rights-related reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service or indefinite availability of every feature or recording. Where a change materially affects paid access, applicable consumer protections and remedies still apply.

7. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend use when reasonably necessary to address a material violation, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue, except where doing so would create a risk or be prohibited by law. You may contact us to request review.

You may stop using Jukebox at any time. To delete your account, use Delete account in your profile or follow the account-deletion instructions. Deletion removes your account and its access to the associated library. Physical card records remain marked redeemed to prevent reuse; deleting your account does not make those cards redeemable again. Review your library and any intended trades before deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what records may remain in logs or backups.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every purpose, or error-free performance. We remain responsible for obligations and guarantees that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Updates and interpretation

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms and effective date here and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app or another appropriate channel. Changes apply prospectively, and we will request renewed agreement when required. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the service without losing rights that already arose.

Applicable law, including mandatory protections in your place of residence, governs your rights. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
