Scan a Card
To scan a card, aim the Card Scanner at the QR code in the corner of any unused Jukebox Card and hold your phone steady. Redeeming a card is permanent and consumes the single redemption for that card; no one else will be able to redeem it after you.
Play Your Music
Go to the Jukebox page to find your card deck. Navigate the deck by swiping through it, and play any card’s song by tapping the circle in the center of the card.
Add a Friend
Jukebox is all about the local music scene. To encourage you to connect with people in your scene, it is only possible to add friends who are nearby. With your friend’s phone next to yours, navigate to the Add Friend page to connect.
Trade a Card
To trade a card, press the Trade button next to your friend’s profile in your Friends list. Scan the card that your friend will be giving to you, and have your friend scan the card that you will be giving to them in exchange. The trade will commence.
Account Troubleshooting
If you can’t sign in, check your username and password carefully. If the issue persists or you run into any bugs that you’d like to report, contact support using the button at the top of the page.
Privacy, Safety, and Deletion
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You can delete an account from your profile in the app or through the secure Account Deletion Page. Account deletion is permanent, and any cards that you redeemed will be irreversibly taken out of service in the process.
